Diagnosis was correct and repaired fairly quickly. Yes it was expensive but this is the car's first repair.
Always good to visit and especially good when the problem I have can be resolved. Since I live almost a half hour from Guelph I find it convenient to use my village garage and mechanic therefore do not need Guelph Infiniti most times. I have purchased some cars from the dealership and might do so again since I am a fan of Infiniti cars. Only issue so far is the expensive parts that are sometimes required to repair or replace. Nonetheless I still drive a 20 year old G coupe and a 12 year old EX model.
Staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Physical setting is comfortable and well kept. Car is always returned after service clean and with all work done.
We have purchased and or leased many vehicles from Guelph infiniti and the entire team are and continue to be excellent.

It did not feel as a luxury dealer anymore. There is nothing in particular that would consider equal or better than other high end dealership I have used in the past. I don't have a reason to recommend or not recommend this dealer. They perform the work as expected.
