lowball for ur trade in I brought my car in for trade in they goin to give me 750$ lol and car I was going g to buy was 40000 thank God applications didn't go through I look at my first all bill it was near 75000 after car pay off they took my ownership and waiting 2 months still didn't get it manager is terrible dealing with people they 're nice before u sign after ur doomed TRUST ME ON THIS GO BUY ELSEWHERE
Sweet talkers, tricky salespersons. Nice untill the purchase document is signed. Once purchase is made the sales persons attitude changes becomes rude towards the customer. They proudly announce that their sale level is so high that that do not mind to loose one or two small returning customers, in other words may be the do not need customers who do not intend to buy anything other than an Infiniti. New customers pls be very careful and do a price comparison before signing any purchase deal.
Yes they were friendly & customer service was ok. (After 3 days with no email reply i finally had to call) However I still feel sick about getting ripped off on my trade. There is no negotiating. I requested wholesale value for our car, which I've always received at other dealerships (& our car was safetied less than a year ago) They would rather low ball a customer & let them walk then offer a decent trade value. This Dealer is sucks - Very Pricy...No Honest ....Don't even go to view the cars you will be forced or pushed to buy one. All the Cars have some damages and very bad quality they are not the part of the Better Business Berau http://www.bbb.org/canada/ because of their qulaity of services they will not get certified.
Although the dealer is great, the prices for parts in service are definitley not. I paid $42.16 for a small fog light bulb and thought it was high. The local Parts Source and three other supplers, even CTC sell the same thing for $17.99 or less. I called head office and was told that dealers set their own prices. A total rip off for the consumer. Solution? half price in the U.S. and less in parts stores for the same product.
Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. False promises. Great until you buy, but then you are treated horribly. The wrk that was done was outsourced and was done with verso or standards and actually the job wasn't actually performed. Of course I was billed for it and have been waiting for 2 months for reimbursement. No call backs, they don't care !!
I agree with the above comments. Infiniti ranks them as high because they probably save them money by cutting corners. Every time I call this place I get put on hold or ignored for hours or even days. I was this close to buying an expensive car from these turkeys but thanks to their incompetence my gut told me to walk and I'm glad I did. I would turn to CUSTOMER ratings instead of manufacturer ratings... thats why sites like this are so important. Everyone contribute your two cents and we'll all be better off!
After many trips to this dealership attempting to have my car repaired under warranty, I am truly convinced their goal is to avoid a major warranty claim at any cost. They are rated as a top dealership by Infiniti Canada, but that appears to be an award given to dealerships that save Infiniti the most money by avoiding large claims.
