So much for paying them a lease transfer fee! We used this dealership to take over a lease of an Infiniti G37x as it was closest to the home of the previous owner. Red flag for me should have been when the finance manager said he did not know how to complete a lease transfer. Well, despite that, I was forced to pay a $500 transfer fee. Oil changes I had lifetime oil changes now they cancelled that. Once sent wife for oil change and came home with lots of recommendations. Taking both vehicles somewhere else for servicing.
False Advertising for price online They advertise a lower price for a new vehicle on their website and Autotrader. When they were contacted about the vehicle, they said the advertised price is wrong, add about $5000 more. But weeks later they do not fix the incorrect price advertised on either site. False Advertising!
Stay far AWAY! Unreliable and poor service! Stay far away from this dealership. Ongoing service issues, unreliable and poor mechanic service. Spent $500 and problem not fixed, didn't even drive the q50 off the lot! Wayne rudely told us we are LUCKY we don't have to pay in addition to the $500 to get the problem actually fixed! Horrible service across the board. Horrible service, incompetent staff. It's one thing after another with this dealership, and I will likely start driving the extra 40 minutes to Mississauga instead.
Rude service rep. Overcharged my wife Terrible service. Overcharged my wife. We have spend over $500 and pretty much nothing was done. The charge $250 for changing the spark plugs!!!!!!!Please go somewhere alse and save a lot of money.
Service Center Issues I had my truck in for some service work where all four tires were removed. in less than a month, and with low km's as I only use the truck for camping, I lost a rear tire while towing my trailer with my family in the truck on a busy two lane highway. Buying Brand new On my first visit we agreed on a price. The second time I visited, the original price was doubled. And the sales manager explained because of so and so was not initially added. However, his sales guy told me that that was everything in it. They are very sneaky. Imagine doubling the price!!! This is not the first time buying brand new car!!! I even told them through email not to invite me unless the price I wanted (posted in their website) was closely matched. They did not value their customer's time.
Service department unresponsive My dealing with the sales department was great. They are nice as pie, sell you the car you want and when it comes to service. That department is unresponsive to my service needs. I purchased a rust inhibitor electronic box which I found out was installed by a 3rd party. I brought my car into the service department, they tool photos and said they were sending them off to this company and they would get back to me. I haven't heard back from anyone in 3 months.
