Former Infiniti customer here.Bought my first ever new Former Infiniti customer here. Bought my first ever new Infiniti Q50 in Newmarket in 2014. Problems developed immediately (under 400km of use) after delivery with the fuel system. I was provided with a loaner while they fixed things up. We moved to Guelph a year later and I used the service department there. I traded the Q50 in for a used EX37 as my wife who is disabled preferred the seating comfort in the SUV. THE WORST! Blame the customer! Told we needed to replace THE WORST! Blame the customer! Told we needed to replace our brake pads after 20000kms of city driving! What an absolute scam! Mike acted like a ‘holier than thou’ xxxxx. Blamed us for the brakes because we didn’t read the 400 page manual cover to cover.
Charge a lot for little work. Left grease finger tip marks on the hood and front chrome, we just waxed it a week before and it went in to the dealership in spotless condition. People are friendly.
New, clean and modern facility. Great knowledgeable technician. No good customer services/experience and no sign of care. Won't consider buying infiniti ever again.
Terrible customer service, they lack the ability to resolve a warranty issue, their solution is to go elsewhere. My Qx60 has been in several times, still is not fixed.
Disgrace to the Infiniti Brand Bought a used car from them in Jan/Feb 2017. Almost 2 years later I'm still resentful of their disgraceful, unethical and unprofessional service. My mistake was not getting their promises in writing when I agreed to buy the car. The biggest jerk, second only to the General Mgr, was the Used Car Sales Mgr Richard Vernon. Stay away from Guelph Infiniti! I purchased a used 2018 Infinite from a used car dealership in Guelph some time ago. Shortly after purchasing it my wife noticed that the chrome ring around the right headlight had bubbled. I took it to Guelph Infinite and met with the assistant Service Manager who said he would take a look at it. On the way he asked my wife and I if we bought it there to which my wife responded "Does it matter?" From his obvious attitude it did matter to him. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE Do yourself a favor and do not buy a car from here. The sales team is more than happy to sign you up and take that down payment asap without any real information given to you. My sales guy didn't even know if my Q50 was a 3.5 or 3.7 and was giving me fake facts. Of course the biggest selling line "one owner and all service was done through their dealership" saying we're very patronizing. Worst ever!!! Service department is the Worst! Go somewhere else. Raj in New car sales is amazing. Other then that. Go somewhere else for service. I went in for warranty work and left with a 150 dollar bill cause they broke my door.
