Michelle was very courteous and helpful in finding what was the exact issue with my Q50. An action plan was established and followed promptly. Communication was very good, and job was done on time. Couldn't ask for more. Good, reliable service!

Thought I needed to spend thousands but only cost $200 My car was running poorly and I thought the problem was much worse than it actually was. I was expecting to pay thousands to get it fixed. I even had someone else look at the car first before going to the dealership but it turns out I should have just gone to the dealership first. Very happy with dealship I have bought 3 cars with this dealership all with a wonderful experience. I get all my service work done there as well on all my 5 cars (which are not all (Nissan) products. I am writing this to warn other Infiniti owners of the total lack of professional diligence and accountability at Guelph Infiniti. I brought my 2020 QX60 in for an engine misfire. Instead of a technical diagnosis, the technician cleared the code and blamed "bad gas." This set a pattern for the "coincidence-based" diagnostics that followed. Very poor customer service. Never sign a deal from them. I have been through a very worse experience with them. They sold me extended warranty with wrong date and when I contacted them to correct their mistake for the last 3 weeks they are just delaying it and in the end told me nothing they can do. Never ever go there to buy from them and if you buy pls don't buy any extended warranty or anything other than manufacturer warranty because they are all useless staff there. So unprofessional.
