Poor service I bought a vehicle 3 weeks ago thru go nissan south. I've been waiting on them to return my phone calls and messages since. They promised a cargo mat and new windshield wpiers as part of the deal. They also didn't offer a full walk around the vehicle after dropping it off at 10pm and we noticed a busted back bumper the next morning that they still haven't fixed.
Never go Dissatisfied! They people do not care about customer, they do not know the way to treat anyone ! Waste of time and a lot of hassle. Specifically one of the sales person his name is David very very rude. Never ever recommend this place
Service damage Damaged all my wheels during winter summer wheel swap. After meeting with the manager, they took responsibility for the damage and said they would make it right but never did.
Dishonest, arrogant, selfish and full of mean people. Don't Buy used cars from them worse experience of my life I had a worse experience of my life , bought 2013 Nissan pathfinder and traded my 2012 maxima I paid $24995.00 for that vehicle, they fixed some issue before I.picked up my SUV but left all the major stuff one week later found out transmission is bad and front end had issues , tool it back and they kept the vehicle for 2 weeks and replaced transmission and fix front end issue , picked up my SUV and within one week transmission oil leaked all.over my nrand new house dr... read more
Worst Dealership ever Worst dealership ever. Bought a brand-new Nissan rouge and still under warranty. Had some air conditioning issues during past 16~18 months. At first, they said they visually inspected and everything is fine but for me it’s not working. By the time issue was getting worse. AC starts without I’m switching it on and some time when I switch AC on Hot air comes into the cabin. Poor service I have never experience this type of poor service from staff. Poor in porting service. Top priority is making deal rather than customer service. Very poor staff performance. Slow staff. To sell car is top priority but to follow up with that is not. It's unacceptable especially from this branch.
They dont know how to value the custumers Oh my god im so disapointed to this nissan south all staff has doesnt have considiration,since when i took my car there always mgiving me headache,they dont know how to value the custumers..
Just another Dealership :( back again hope their better, so far gave me a dirty car to show the wife , never followed up after i tested drove the car for the weekend. but money is what counts i guess we will see what they offer
