Flase and misleading sales tactics and advertising They lie and up the price of vehicles that are listed online. Its illegal. Dont shop here. I caught them doing this with two separate vehicles. The second one they tried to say was an additional 4000 dollars but they were going to knock it down to 2000 dollars. Highly illegal false advertising and misleading sales tactics. And a complete waste of my time.

Service is Mickey Mouse 1. Twice when I had made appointments, when I showed up, they did not know what I was there for. 2. On my Titan I had a vibration at about 40 kmh. The female service writer told me that it was the way the transmission shifts. She tried to use real technical words but as a journeyman mechanic I saw right through it. I asked for documentation on what she was saying and when I went to pick up the truck, she came up with a different excuse. 3. WORST experience ever Me and my fiance went in looking for a second vehicle all was well up until the day we were supposed to get the vehicle. They were supposed to swap out the winter tires for the all seasons but left the winters on. Gave us the car with a cracked windshield. told us they'd deliever the car and ended up having to get a friend to drive us to pick it up. AND LASTLY THEY DIDN'T EVEN DETAIL IT..ended up finding piles of garbage stuffed under the seat. Just very unhappy with how the dealership handled everythin... read more

Math Problem Asked by a sales rep for a budget, told him 400 per month for 6-8 yr term, he replied your budget is 10,000. Told him he was crazy, tried to explain the math that it added up to 20,000 of interest, he held up his phone and said I have a program. Condescending and rude.

Don't waste your time requesting a quote l was a Shopping for a 2017 Murano. After requesting an Online quote from Nissan's own website l was referred to this dealership. Melody emailed me almost immediately and asked me to come in. When I returned her email asking for the price the website promised me she started asking questions l had already provided. This went back and forth a few times but I never got the quote. What a waste of time. If they don't want to give that information out then they shouldn't pretend otherwise. ... read more

Fear mongering Brought my Murano in for an oil change. I brought my own Mobil 1 synthetic oil and a Fram filter. When Shauna saw the fram filter she gasped and said I was taking a huge risk by not using a Nissan filter. She said there is a chance the filter will collapse because the engine has oil pressure. Secondly she added that itis a myth to believe that synthetic oil extends your oil change intervals. Does she really believe that load of crap or has she been coached to lie like that?? Worst sale manager After pay deposit for used car and went to pick up on agreed date , the sales manager ask me to pay extra 3K for inspection that it was included with the agreed price. The sale person will refer to the manager for every word and you have to wait for 5-10 min. every time... going there is waste time with bad sales communications.

What a Joke I booked my 2015 Nissan Murano into the shop on Monday 02rd January 2017 as I received a letter from Nissan Canada informing my that there was a recall on my vehicle as there could be a fault with the ABS actuator. No problem. I sat and waited for 2 hours then was informed that they didn't have the part I needed and had to get the part delivered from Calgary and it would arrive the following day. Don't even bother just go elsewhere!!!!! Recently went into Go nissan north for a 2 buy deal. Have had a salesman and a manager walk out or quit in the middle of my deal with no answer. Had to go back into the dealership 2 times to find out that even after doing a hard credit check I was no closer to an answer because nobody was even trying to get me numbers. First guy quit his job and the second couldn't be bothered. Also had another sales manager and salesman gang up on me to argue numbers that were for an already rejected... read more
