Service with excelence Troy made an excellent job for my car. He reviewed more items that I expected. He also was very professional showed that he is a high skill person. The car was ready earlier than I expected and also he called me letting me know about a few dollars that I needed to spend, rater than "surprising" me with a bill that I wasn't expected. Great service I have a pleasant experience at Toyota. The service advisor was so kind and knowledgeable. He patiently explained every detail of what they need to do with my car and also with all the charges that may occur.
Overall great service at Gateway Toyota Edmonton. I went today to get my 2004 Rav 4 a provincial inspection as I have moved to Alberta and wished to insure my vehicle here; I was informed this was the protocol expected.
