Didn't Buy, But May Return. I was debating between an ES, and an A6. I had many questions, all of which were answered with knowledge and friendliness. Even after deciding not to purchase the ES, I was treated with utmost respect and kindness. Mr. Jansson is a truly knowledgeable and kind individual, and if you get the chance.. Do your business with him. He'll provide a great price, and isn't a typical car dealer, he's respectful.. And doesn't push you. I'm surprised he isn't in management!
Building a Relationship Everytime I come in for service, they are ready, willing to help, and providing service with a smile. Excellent service from a reputable Lexus dealership . I have been a customer with Erin Park Lexus for almost 5 years now and have always chose to go back to this dealership because of the excellent service and quality workmanship that they provide to their customers . Making a bad day good If you had asked me two years ago I would have said a trip to the dealer for car maintenance could only detract from your day, not improve it. However, last friday proved that assumption wrong. I made the appointment at the last minute finding a break in a hectic schedule and Erin Park personnel were particularly helpful in finding a time for me. I hate waiting! I am really busy so don't have time to wait around to have my vehicle fixed. I know that when I go in to see Scott, he will get me in and out fast. If the service work is going to take awhile he will immediately find me alternative transportation. I also like that he always remembers me and my vehicle and makes the experience enjoyable.
