Great overall experience Ryan provided excellent service. Though it took a week, he ensured our vehicle was totally fixed and safe and provided a rental for the repair duration. Not only was he kind enough to cover several associated costs but also had a service person home deliver our car when it was ready. We greatly appreciate the attention to detail and quality of workmanship at the Erin park Lexus dealership.

Excellent Customer Service This is our 5th car that we've acquired from Erin Park Lexus and they have consistently provided excellent customer service throughout the years. From the sales team (Norman) to the service department (Sid, Scott, Paul) - they are all very knowledgeable and attentive to the needs of their customers.
