Thanks for a Great Experince My wife noticed the low tire pressure rating on her Lexus RX350 which was the result of a Large screw that had punctured the tire. I took the car in on the day of my son's birthday and Scott was able to take care of everything within the time window he suggested. Service with a SMILE Brought my 2010 RX350 in for the 112K maintenance - it was a wonderful experience, thanks to Scott. He was fast and efficient to assess what was needed and took the time to hear all my requests. One extra thing that he did to really impress me > he fixed my broken cargo net by taking a clip from a broken spare one he had hanging around and transformed mine like it was 'brand-new'! Great customer service! I have bought three cars from Erin Park, a 2008 and 2011 RX350 and a 2011 IS250 AWD. Each time I have dealt with PJ Caletti and have been thoroughly satisfied, both with the sales process and warranty service. PJ's team makes you feel welcome and valued. My family away from my family! Since 2008, I purchased my first new Lexus from Siddiq Ahmed at Erin Park Lexus and it was no turning back.
