"Scott Bertrand went out of his way to help." I had a handling problem with my vehicle. Scott arranged for a technician to accompany me and test drive my vehicle. The technician diagnosed the problem and reported back to Scott who then arranged to have the remedial work carried out on a timely basis. I must say that Scott represents the optimum of customer service. Keep up the good work!
Scott Bertrand is outstanding! Dropped by the Erin Park Lexus in Mississauga this am. My Service Consultant - Scott Bertrand looked after the usual summer tire installation and tune up. I had mentioned that my son had a minor collision in a non-Lexus auto and that he was looking at getting the damage repaired. Even though his car isn't a Lexus, Scott called over a colleague and had him inspect the damage. Service experience I am on my second Lexus RX and love it. Quiet reliable SUV. One of the reasons I have returned to this dealership is quality of service. I have worked with Sid and Scott on numerous occasions and they have been terrific. My recent experience was as always top drawer. The quality of the service was also excellent. Recent Service Visit Recently I had to take car in to have warning lights reset. Some service work was diagnosed and performed. Car is a 2007 IS 250 and over the years has been well cared for by the service team and continues to perform as if new. Scott Bertrand was the service rep and as usual did an excellent job. Having said that, the whole team has consistently provided excellent support since 1993 when I bought my first Lexus. Consistently Excellent Customer Service My service consultant at Erin Park Lexus is Scott Bertrand. Whenever I go in for either regular maintenance or unplanned minor issues Scott provides excellent customer service and advice and is always a pleasure to deal with. After every service he gives a heads up on what may be needed in the next six to twelve months, so no big surprises. Sue M
Always excellent service! I called Scott about a tire pressure warning light that came on in my Lexus GS this morning. Within an hour of my call, he had welcomed me into the dealership, diagnosed the problem, and had the car slated for a tire repair. From my call until my tire was fixed - approximately two hours. I always ask for Scott when I need to take my car in for servicing. He is always friendly, efficient, and I trust his advice. I can't recommend him highly enough!
That is the service that Lexus should offer I have two Lexus and never come to Erin Park (bad experience with a retired salesman) for service. People in Erin park are excellent people and doing their jobs with heart. That is the reason why I switched my two Lexus getting maintenance there.
