Prompt and perfect Eric was able to answer all the questions thrown at him as this was our first lexus. Bought RX350 and had a wonderful and pleasant experience dealing with Eric and Siddique.

Going above and beyond for customer satisfaction We bought an ES from Eric this year and is very happy with our purchase. Not only did we get a great car; the purchase process, the delivery and after purchase support was impeccable. We were looking for another new vehicle in Sep and test drove the NX. It is a good car but we eventually settled on another brand. (Big mistake!) The purchase negotiation and the delivery service was horrible and the SUV we got is not up to par.
