Always great service Paul Machado always provides us with a great service experience. Paul is friendly, informative and makes sure all the work is completed right the first time. I would rate his service 10+ on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being very good.
Service & Problem Diagnosis Erin Park Lexus has the best Sales and Service Team, Specially their Technician's are smart in Diagnosis. I gave my ES 350 for Steering Vibration Issue and 'Anthony' took me to the test drive and told me that they will fix the problem, next day I got the car back with Zero Problem. Excellent Job 'Scott' for Helping me in Service Advise taking caring of all warranty issues , Also I would like to Appreciate Raj and Abdul Rahman for Helping me in finalizing deal with Lexus.
Par Excellence I have purchased my 2nd Lexus in as many years from Erin Park (through Norman Karkada) and love both the ISF and RX immensely along with the support I receive(from Sid Amalsadvala & his staff) each time I drop into the dealership for service … I must because I drive all the way from Markham to Mississauga - passing many other Lexus dealerships along the way! Great Service and Advice Normally, one shirks from taking their car to the dealership for service, due to the various "issues" that will come up, but dealing with Sid has been a pleasant change, his service is exceptional, he does not recommend anything lest its absolutely necessary. The high service level set by Norman has followed through in Sid and his team. I highly recommend this dealership and their service team to everyone. You will not be disappointed.
Abdul Ramadan + Erin Park = The best customer experience We bought a Lexus IS250 from Erin Park Lexus in 2006 and now a 2015 RX350 as well. Abdul Ramadan was our sales consultant for both.
