Excellent Service at Lexus Dealership I took my car in for a major service this morning and found the staff extremely courteous. My advisor Scott Bertrand in particular was extremely knowledgeable and advised me on what needed to be done and what could be done later and took care of stuff that we had not even talked about. Amazing Service Scott Bertrand takes very special care of his customers. I am amazed at how he goes over and beyond his call of duty to A) Make our family feel comfortable B) Provide us the best advice C) goes out of his way to help us. EXTRA MILE I have owned every luxury make of car. I will now only buy lexus - not for the car -but for the service I receive after buying the car. Scott and Sid always provide excellent service, but with no prompting from me, they convinced head office to contribute to a very expensive replacement which was not under warranty because they felt it should not have failed. Excellent car buying experience Abdul Ramadan was a pleasure to deal with. He follows up enquiries and requests promptly and delivers as promised. This was my fourth Lexus car owned in Canada and I have always purchased Lexus from Erin Park. Both the sales process and car delivery service were excellent and the entire staff was friendly and professional. Best car buying experience ever ! Just bought the RX450h. Traded in old RX400h we had bought from a DIFFERENT DEALER. We had originally gone to the old dealer but decided to also check out Erin Park as it is very close to my workplace. In the end, there was no comparison. Excellent customer service I recently purchase a Lexus certified used CT200h. I really appreciate the professionalism of their staff especially Siddiq Ahmed. He was courteous, friendly and explained everything about the car. The after purchase experience was top notch also. Their was a scratch on the hood of my car, Siddiq quickly booked a service call for me to bring in to get it fix at no cost with a free rental car given while my car was on service.
