First-Class Customer Service I got my first ever Lexus and this was also my first new vehicle sales experience. Alan Zhang was my sales/leasing consultant. The team as Erin Mills Lexus Have dealt with this dealership for the last 8 to 10 years. Service has always been above and beyond. Excellent service consistently I have dealt with Scott a number of times, most recently a few weeks ago when my rear brakes had to be replaced. I called this morning after I noticed a nail in one of my tires. Scott had me come in immediately even though i didn't have an appointment pre-booked. He correctly assessed that the nail hadn't punctured the tire but still had a technician double check. He also scheduled me in for a full day service that was due this month on the car. Excellent service by Scott Scott was very helpful during my recent service visit. He went out of his way to get the necessary work done and in a reasonable time frame. I was due for a full service. Along with that I had my winter tires changed back to the all season. I used the Lexus storage service, so it was an extremely smooth experience. I was given a loaner for the day, so I could continue with my engagements. Overall, very satisfied. Thank you!

Unbelievable Service and Professionalism. I walked into the Erin Park dealership, after visiting other luxury car dealerships that same day, I was ignored and treating rudely, so I never wanted to give the my business. MaintenanceTeam I recently had an incident with my car involving a pot hole. To make a long story shot the maintenance team really pulled through on a day that was relatively important. They had me in and out driving a rental within two minutes. The car was fix and cleaned on the same day too. Thanks to the entire team who put my car back on the road.
