Blown Away I have been to Lexus Downtown and have had a nightmare of an experience and was about to walk away from Lexus when I was referred to Alan Zhang by a friend. Exceptional service, exceeded my expectations! My Issue: My 2014 Lexus IS350 has had a weird battery discharge issue since I first owned it -the car would not start periodically and will need to be boosted. I brought it multiple times to another dealership and was given the runaround (explanation: my battery was fine, I don't drive my car enough). Amazing service experience. I took my recently purchased 2002 IS300 in for an Alignment special (my other car is a 2015 Nissan Leaf). I was somewhat apprehensive at first as the price of the service and the amount of service provided was an amazing value from a dealer.
