I was not really in the market for a new vehicle. After reviewing the price on the Rouge with AWD and having a trade in I sent Crown an email regarding trading in my Toyota Matrix. Had an excellent buying experience with Crown Nissan. Steve and Tony were great at explaining the trading and buying process. They were both very informative and helpful. I was able to receive a great price for my trade-in. Because of the trade in value and great staff at Crown, I was happy to provide them with my buisness.
Once again had very good information about trade in deals, so my daughter & I traded a 2008 Versa Hatchback SL for a 2012 Versa Sedan SL. Like the first experience, we could not find anything wrong with the staff members' honesty & integrity, friendliness as well as geniune care for the customer; mostly rare now a days. I asked Sheng to source me a quality used car using fairly specific mileage and price qualifiers, and he went above an beyond, always staying in contact with me to let me know of all vehicles that fit my criteria. He was friendly, never pushy, and always had all the information that I asked for. Also, they were very fair with my trade in value. Overall a great buying experience.
Sheng was excellent, he explained all of the features of the Nissan Sentra. We were also condidering the Toyota Corolla and he arranged to have us test drive the Corolla against the Sentra. Obviosuly we liked the Sentra and purshased it. We were also very happy to get the command start for our new car!!
Alright descriptive as possible .. I absolutely loved my experience here Dan was amazing and friendly and made me feel so welcome. For buying my first car it was scary enough but he made it as simple as possible ! I was in the market to buy a new truck, and meeting and working with the staff made my choice of choosing a Nissan over other manufacturers very easy.
