Purchase of a used Rav 4 First time ever purchasing a vehicle that wasn't a GM product. Was treated well by Mark. Very knowledgeable. Asked lots of questions and when Mark wasn't sure he went and found out the answers without misguiding me. When I picked up the cart the delivery coordinator Pearl was terrific, she walked me thru the entire vehicle explaining the features and benefits. Took the time to load all my phone information into the communication centre and I was driving out of the dealership very satisfied.

Excellent inventory, awesome staff! I bought a Certified used RAV4 at Birchwood and was very happy with the deal I was able to finalize. I dealt with sales staff Cagla and sales manager Adam, both excellent to deal with. It’s nice to know you can get into a Toyota for a competitive price. My vehicle was detailed and spotless when I picked it up. This was an honest dealership, no tricks, hidden fees or numbers games. I would definitely look for my next vehicle at Birchwood Toyota.
Excelent service (as always) This is my 5th vehicle from the Birchwood Toyota. I was concerned when Lawrence retired but Nelson stepped up and looked after us with last two cars. Great service as always, we were able to find exactly what we wanted. Nelson presented all of the options available to us. Excellent service is the main reason why we are back over and over.
