Staff were very friendly, Good experience. Fast and friendly service all around. Shuttle service was on time and fun. Receptionist was polite and responsive to my confusion when I first arrived.
Service Dept. Service was quick and efficient, Service adviser Andy was very courteous. Was offered a shuttle but was not necessary as waiting area is pleasant too.

Purchasing a cae I was trying to buy a car for 2 months and was totally frustrated. I decided to go to Birchwood to see what was available. I met Mark Dupuis,, I explained what I was looking for and we went from there. I was also introduced to Adam, the Manager. I finally settled on a Camry, which I love.
