When things go awry....its what you do about it that shines. There were a few challenges regarding the readiness of my leased car...after all was said and done, Andrew stepped up....I having the opportunity to coach and lead a sales team myself saw star quality in Andrew specifically - you have a gem in him, best to look after him in my opinion. Best customer service! This is the third car I have bought from this dealership and the customer service still impresses me. They deliver on their promises every time and in this case the vehicle was ready earlier than expected. The service centre are also are extremely efficient and friendly!
Great Service Isn't Dead Sometimes I think that great service is a thing of the past, but at Birchwood Toyota it's still very much alive. They treat you with respect and are very thorough with your vehicle. Having to service your vehicle isn't fun, but at Birchwood Toyota it's very painless and I appreciate that. Highly recommend!
