So satified!!!! It was such a wonderful experience! At no time did anyone make me feel pressured to buy, just informed me of the product and costs. Test drive was detailed and a great experience. Everyone was polite and wonderful. I would highly recommend going to this dealership!!!!
Birchwood Lexus It has been a good experience from buying to servicing my Lexus. The staff is good, accommodating and provide good service.. I also had great experience in Sales. Rachna Joshi, Ryan Ostrove, Wasna Ghafuri were very helpful and they are excellent staff of Birchwood Lexus.

Came in for a service visit left with a new car I brought my car into Birchwood Toyota because the check engine light came on. Good but not that good as I expected Not fully clean the car after service, it might just take another 5 minutes, not willing to vacuumed the dust on my seat even I asked for it, unbelievable this is Lexus service...
