The Best Customer Service As a new Birchwood customer, the "Guest Service" model at Birchwood Lexus is truly unique. From my arrival to being promptly greeted by Cameron, to a quick chat with Patrick (my Certified Technician), to paying my bill with Ruby or Britney, I was made to feel welcome by each member of the Birchwood Team. Courteous and knowledgeable staff Prompt attention upon arrival; recommended maintenance outlined, explained and reasoned as applies to my vehicle at this particular mileage. Future possible maintenance identified (removes surprises when I visit in the future). Staff friendly and a pleasant waiting area while vehicle is being serviced. I am a long time customer (two Toyota Highlanders) and have always left feeling pleased with my relationship with the dealership.

Always A plus I went in for a regular service check up for my new car and was met by Andy, a positive good natured and knowledgeable service agent. Andy explained to me what my car was being serviced for today and asked if I had any questions.
