Professional and Honest I was going to another Toyota dealership off of waverley.They told me I need new brakes plus other things. I wanted a second opinion. I went to Birchwood and had Andy look at my car. He was Professional and Honest. He took me over to my car and showed me my brakes. The brakes did not need to be replaced. So I was just being scammed from the other dealership. I would have spent money on things that did not needed to be replaced. Thank you Andy
They went above and beyond to give me a good reason to give them my money. The exchange of service and vehicle quality for the money was worth it.

Great service Prompt service as I was met immediately by excellent staff, details of the service call confirmed and was advis Ed as soon as the work was completed. The shuttle service was also great as I was able to get to my work inn time even during the downpour.
Great people The staff is excellent and so are the products. Any question I needed asking was answered, the work was done fast and at a high quality cause the car sounds and drives better after the work was done.
Seamless vehicle purchase I’ve been dealing with this Birchwood Toyota location for approx 13 years and have always been given fabulous service! Anytime I’ve been there whether it’s to purchase a vehicle (this is my 4th purchase/upgrade) or in for a service, all the staff that I’ve encountered are very friendly. I love this place I called in and scheduled and appointment for Later on that day and they made it work. In my appointment it was discovered that my vehicle did not come with a block heater they discovered it and corrected it without any charge for me and it was completely hassle free. They look at for the customer which is wonderful
