Excellent Car Buying and Service Experience We purchased our 2019 RAV4 from Birchwood Toyota, which was our first experience with this dealership. The car buying experience with Andrew Robinson as well as our first vehicle service experience with Brent Reimer were excellent. Great experience Sales people were very attentive, not pushy and pleasant. Financing process was the same. The only complain is regarding the delivery. The attention to some small details was not that great. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend the dealership.
