Professional team The whole team right from staff greeting me upon entrance into show room right up to the signing of documents was very professional. It was a pleasant experience purchasing my 2020 Toyota 4Runner. Nelson with the sales team went out of his way to accommodate me for a test drive during the current pandemic. Oil Change I regularly have had oil changes and inspections conducted at the Toyota dealership since I purchased the vehicle in 2014. Prior to that I have always had my service done at this dealership for other Toyota vehicles. The staff has always been courteous and efficient. The work has always been done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend the Toyota dealership for maintaining your Toyota.
GREATEST PLACE EVER!!! Birchwood Toyota sold me want I wanted. Not What they were over stocked in. I travel over 200km for service because my home town dealer in Kenora couldn't accomplish this.
