My appointment to have my Toyota Corolla serviced was a very pleasant part of my morning. I was greeted by Luke Santos, Service Advisor and what a knowledgeable and pleasant man indeed. He was ready for my car, knew what was needed to be done and processed the work immediately. He treated me like I was special and that made my day. Thanks Luke!
I felt that they didn’t just sell me a car, they worked to find the car that I wanted. I felt that they were working for me. My sales person Hayden and financial person Scott were great to work with. There was no rush, no push, they both just tried very hard to get me into the right car that I wanted, with the price I could live with, and customized service and warranty plans that fit my needs. This is my second vehicle from Birchwood. There is a reason why I went back.
Birchwood Lexus has been fantastic. Jeremy is always professional and if my vehicle requires service he explains what’s required in way I understand. Making an appointment is easy. The waiting room is comfortable. The new location is beautiful and bright.
