Jeremy took charge of attending to my needs, including arranging a loaner vehicle. While my needs were taken care of, Jeremy searched for any upgrades that needed to be done. He found some & then had them done Well done, Jeremy. First class service!!.
No one wants to hear, "Can I show you something?" when they take their vehicle in for an oil change. But I was treated with courtesy and respect. The work was critical and was done in a timely manner. They went above and beyond in helping me with financing and finding a temporary vehicle. The technician stayed late and came in early to fix the vehicle as quickly as possible. Andy was super in working through all the obstacles.

Xavier was a great person to work with, not pushy cuz I would have left. He made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. Excellent to deal with. Andrew was great as well. Came back the next day and bought a car (was not planning to) and they both made it a pleasant experience. Steve was great as well. Knew I had to have a RAV4 again.

The staff are excellent at their jobs I get a full report on the status of my vehicle and all recommendations for my vehicle. I leave knowing that my vehicle has been serviced extremely well. I could say more about the staff but i unfortunately i do not know all of the names of all that worked with however it started with Teaghan Smith who was who helps me set up my appointment for the work needed .
