They sold me a car with a bit of paint missing. They won't get back to me. Been a nightmare. Once they sell you a car you dont exist anymore. Had 1st service done there and also tires. Never again.

Awful behavior They advertise 2021 low mileage Toyota Rav 4 and call us to set a test drive and then manager says it is just for show and you can order a new model in a high price Wasting time with this fraud people . Never trust with these guys by their certain speaking language

Called multiple times including at 9:30 AM when not usually busy. Always goes to voice mail. Good luck trying to sell a car.

Do not take advise from Bank Street Toyota service department. I called the service department because my remote auto starter was not working and she advised me to have my tire sensors checked because the warning light was on. I called Uni-glass Plus/Zeibart where the auto remote starter was installed on my 2020 Toyota Camry at purchase from Bank Street Toyota. To Keep away. Went for first check up and replaced the air filter at 15k just to charge something. 3 weeks after my last tire rotation los 2 nuts on 1 tire. Had to stop on highway and pull one nut off another tire to keep going since car was shaking. I decided to the oil change myself after my plan was over and there was not even a washer in the bolt. Great salesman person though but keep away from all their extras, Toyota’s do not need it.

I investigated buying a new RAV 4 and as a returning customer (my third RAV4) was offered a. special interest rate of 5.6%! In addition, I had a small accident and they deducted the entire cost of the repair from my trade in value. It was a minor fender-bender. By law dealers are not allowed to deduct. more than half the repair costs. Needless to say, I will never buy a car from them again. Their philosophy is certainly different from Mr. Mendes.

I visited this location for warranty work on my new RAV4 for side mirror work, They fix it after 2 appointment. And at the time of delivery they forgot to put one of the plastic panel pieces. And we found from mat. As well as they made nice scratch on door panel, my new car just 2500km driven. I will never visit this place again. All the Technician are lack of training. I brought my car in for safety check at the end of the lease, the staff was pleasant they sent me on the way all was good. Right after I left I heard a noise on the rear tire only to notice that the lug nuts weren't even tight. Called to speak to the manager and was told he busy and would call back. No call back! Safety obviously not their priority.

EDITED REVIEW !!!!!II really liked dealing with the EDITED REVIEW !!!!!II really liked dealing with the Sales staff however every Service I went there for was way below par for a Toyota dealership. They totally walking on eggshells with their Technician to avoid upsetting him.
