Bought a car from bank street Toyota. Customer service after the fact was atrocious, I will never go back and never refer anyone. 6 months after purchasing one slide pin in the rear brakes seized causing me to do a brake job, of the tech would have done a proper service this would have been avoided(lazy). Many other issues. No one will return my calls. This is the worst buying experience I’ve had. STAY AWAY. There are many other dealer out there

I purchased a Tundra from Banks st/Mendes. Wrongly charged taxes when they should not. Sent ownership papers that took three weeks to arrive so I was unable to insure and drive the vehicle. I asked for the vehicle to be inspected and issues addressed. When the vehicle arrived I had to have provincial inspection which the vehicle failed. Although thousands of dollars where refunded I would recommend going elsewhere

Try to sell me the car with unclear bill. Poor customer services not even knowledgeable enough to sell the car here and never answer the phone. However Hassan was the one out there trying to help. First time went in there gave me a bill of sale with higher asking price than the it stated on toyota.ca. You have service appointments but it’s very long time to wait is not a good is not recommended as your dealer.....its a thieves dealer....good money maker charge to much labor

Worst customer service ever This place has changed staff and none of the new staff knows their responsibilities as sales people. They have the worst sales managers... Devin and Mike. I dealt with Devin and he knows nothing about the business. He was awful. They are all liars and you feel like they are thieves!!! terrible counter staff i made appointment for service a 9:15 and the adviser told me about 2 hours they would come tell me me was waiting for my car waiting 4 hrs before i went to ask when it would be ready and advisor told me it was 2 hrs ago lost a days work because of incompatent staff realy disapointed ask for manager but told he was not available really bad service piss me off no recomendation from me Daniel

Trade in appraisal I was to see them on January 16 with my 2008 Rav 4 Sport, which is in good condition and has just 182k on it. Black in colour, tinted windows and moonroof. I am the second owner and according to Carproof, there have been no accidents with the vehicle. There are a few minor bumps on it, but simple and easy to fix, especially for a dealership. Arrogant, dishonest, incompetent My Toyota Corolla is a lemon car. Everything on that car is wrong; it is either not working at all or not working properly, Brought the car into the service numerous times. Every time they gave me "explanations" and advice but never fixed the problem.
