Had a scheduled appointment to test drive a 24 rav4 hybrid. Turns out the contact that set up the appointment was unknown to the salesman that greeted us upon arrival and also the receptionist. What was most disappointing was the fact that there was not a single car available to look at neverless drive. One question I had when appointment was set up was that I would be advised if inventory position changed prior to the date as we are from out of town. Tried to get service on Rav 4, first call to service , after 3 minutes the call dropped, next call i spoke with service advisor for 8 mins and call disconnected, called back and talked to soemone about a safety warnng system alarm and they told me 2 weeks before they could schedule an appointmnet for a safety issue . total xx service from what used to be a good brand .
Bought my car out from a lease on May 15 2023. They took a payment out of my bank account on May 23, 9 days latter. Phoned 5 times keep putting me off. Beware of this dealer they aren't honest. Can't get my money back. Joe
Since my last review my experience with the sales team at Bank Street Toyota has done a complete 180. I have since experienced extreme noise and problems with my brakes which lead me to bring my vehicle into Toyota to be serviced within 6 months of my purchase. I was told that there was nothing technically wrong with my brakes and that they were at 90% and good to go. Double check all interactions with the dealer. There is major communication distinction in the dealer. Particular communication with service. Service behaves as they are divorced from the dealership. If choice, find a responsible dealer, it will make you life easier.
Overall worst experience at Bank Toyota compared to other Toyota dealership. I was overcharged for an oil change $130 for a 2009 Camry. Parts are expensive compared to other Toyota dealership. No valet/ shuttle service. In addition, the Service advisor Ilyes is extremely slow.

July 2022, I took my 2019 rav4 to check why my transmission is jumping. A technician rode with me for 10 minutes to tell me it was normal , Bank street Toyota charged me one hour labour rate of $162 for no services rendered. Blatant thievery. I will not go or refer anyone to go there. please take heed of this shady operation.

Their valet damaged my car in a rear-end accident. It has been a week and five attempts to contact them about the repairs. They can't be bothered to respond to my requests to have the damage repaired. This certainly is NOT anywhere close to the service Mr. Mendes provided.
