Oil change while u wait. I bought my first Toyota LE Van at Mendez Motors in 1985 which lasted me 18 years of usage. I have been a satisfied customer of Mendes Toyota since 1994 and currently own my fourth Toyota purchased new from Mendes Toyota The service has been exceptional through all those years. Whatever is promised to be done, is done. Each time I purchase a car from Mendes, they give me their best quote and stick to it. We went to test drive a 2014 Toyota Venza. List price was $16 888. When we arrived, the vehicle required a boost to start. The interior was filthy, and covered with dog hair; it clearly hadn't been cleaned in a year or more. Upon start, the traction control, ABS and parking brake lights were on. Once we started driving, a warning chime sounded for the entire drive, except when we were stopped. In my opinion, this vehicle is worth no more than $8000-ish in it's current condition.

They registered my car to my mom and didn’t say anything until we noticed then then “oh you noticed that huh!?” We had to spend hours fixing that. Rob lied about the extended warranty. Car salesman are scummy, lesson learned. Not coming back.
The worst service I have ever encountered. We bought a 2024 Prius Prime there last year. We asked for an English manual , we were told it was not possible. We found one in Buckingham Quebec and drove 40 minutes to get it. A month later there was a recall for a switch for the backseat windows. We made an appointment for the following week. When we arrived after 45 minutes of waiting we were told that the part was not ordered that we would have to come back. extremely hard to make a service appointment, their call system is extremely lousy and bad. You can't reach the right person or department. I have been calling them for the last 3 days after getting my information. and for every time, they kept sending me back to the main phone line. Worst service ever. I went there after my car was stolen. The rear window and the door handle were damaged only. They damage every part they touch. The technician either do a poor job or damage the car so he can do more repairs and charge for them.The claim was $6000 and jumped to $20000 because of that. Go back to your old ways! I have been going to Mendes since 1992 and always trusted them. Recently, since the new building was completed, the customer service has decreased. I just read all the reviews and the person who outlined that every car had recommendations was correct except in one case. I was there for three hours today so I paid close attention. Mr. R.
