Started at the Toyota in Kanata - I went to see a Highlander and the guy gave me a bunch of B.S. and at the very end told me that the car he was showing me was sold but he could order one for me. Why would you not tell me at the beginning of the conversation? Fast Forward to the next day I went to Toyota on Bank Street. I dealt with Rob and honestly the best person I have dealt with.
