Purchasing new or pre-owned car The folks I dealt with were very attentive to my needs and will offer really good deals. I have purchased a new corolla in 2010 and had great service with this shop. I just purchased my second vehicle a 2017 LE ( pre-owned ) Sienna at WhitbyToyota and made a very good deal. The service folks are also truly very pleasant to deal with. This dealership has a very friendly small-town atmosphere and very pleasant to visit on my service days. The parts department is also very pleasant and helpful.

Very good Quick and readily available for any questions. It was easy to purchase the vehicle I wanted and there was no pressure to buy something else or for additional items added after.

Friendly, stress-free car buying experience Gary is a great guy, I bought my first Toyota from him in 1989. No pressure, as much info as you want, easy to get hold of, overall great experience. I haven't been to Whitby Toyota for many years as I moved away, but I went out of my way to return there to buy my 2018 Rav4.

Very professional staff Everyone is professional from the management,sales staff to the service department. This is my third time purchasing a vehicle from them. I have dealt with many car purchases with not always positive experiences.Here they listen to you ,your needs /wants and come up with a good solution. It is really hard to go somewhere else when you are treated so well.
