I've been a customer at Whitby Toyota since 2007. Adam and his service team are a great help; friendly and accurately diagnosing issues. The service center is quick and keen to provide updates on progress through text messaging. Great to see that they're embracing new technology! I would highly recommend this location.

We have NEVER had anything but positive experiences when we take our Toyotas in for servicing! From the friendly smiling face of G the G (Gord the Greeter) to the excellent service tech Steve and Debbie always pops over with her big smile. Dave popped by with a friendly hello this time and as always Keith whom we have known forever, was his accommodating self. What a great staff!!!

Quick and courteous service. I had my car in for an oil change and other minor things and, even with the COVID protocols, I was in and out in about 40 mins. Highly recommend this dealership for service.
I have probably been using Whitby Toyota for at least 30 years. I trust them. If I have a problem they work to solve it. It is nice to see and deal with all the service advisers and porters..
Had a good sit down with Hayden to discuss the RAV4 and the Highlander. Hayden did a great job showing us the cars and features of each, and offered us all the options available. Although Hayden's service was excellent, we weren't happy with the trade-in value provided to us by the management and proceeded with another vendor.
