I say they are a little bit honest , only fix what's really needed. Should mind the simple thing like closing the hood after putting the hood deflector. But overall I'm satisfied.

Bandula did an excellent job reviewing the used rav4s available. He answered all of our questions in regard to the vehicle we chose and reviewed the maintenance records we requested.
