That’s a big xxxx I set apoitment for engine oil change. Send my children what’s 18 years old. Car has 76000km and they convinced her that she needs transmission oil change and so on and instead 100$ my bill came 560$. They are thieves.don’t trust them!
i had a highly negative experience at this dealership due to their unprofessionalism, incorrect information, which unfortunately affected my perception of Toyota cars as well.
DISHONEST, UPSELLING and GREED! If I read through the reviews here first, I wouldn't have been eagerly jumping into an agent promises. I would not recommend doing business with Westminster Toyota at all as their sales team is full of cheating, unprofessional, and really greedy. In my case, I was contacted by a salesperson from there, and then I put 500$ deposit as I had been told they will have a new model of hybrid will be there soon as they are the biggest dealership of Toyota in BC(they requested me to go there in a very short time, they also checked and took pictures of my trade-in car, a low mileage top model of another brand, didn't mention the value ... read more
I would not recommend doing business here. In my case anyway, they supremely low balled my trade in (and on the exact same day another dealer that I ended up buying from gave me about 20% more than this dealer). They were also adding on an expensive under coating, which I'd never do. Big disappointment, and the explanation they gave on low trade in quote made no sense. I hope people don't get taken advantage of here.
Big disappointment. I ordered a new mode of Tundra and left a $500 deposit. After almost two months I received a call from Michael Chan (Assistant Sale Manager) that my Tundra arrived. I was so excited and I told him that I will come the next day in the early morning to do the paperwork. After our conversation passed 2 hours and he calls me and told me that his boss sold my Tundra. I recently bought a car from Westminster Toyota. I am writing this review because I have serious concerns about the business this dealership carries out. I reserverd a vehicle and waiting many months for it to arrive. Once it did they charged me a second and higher deposit to the initial deposit I placed. When I arrived to pick it up, they told me they required that I pay an extra $2000+tax "fee" for a "protection plan". With lack of car sales I found service up sell to be rampit. You need this, need that, only $100.00 more etc... I went for a battery recall and was told it would take an hour then I was told I need a new battery. It is a recall so I said bill Toyota and replace it. I was told it would cost me over $200.00 for a recall? Something fishy indeed. Turns out the recall is for the battery bracket! Yea... A change happened with this franchise, not for the better in my opinion. Looking for another reputable franchise, if they exist.
We ordered a RAV 4 XLE from Westminster Toyota in May; however, to date, we have not received the vehicle, which can be understood due to specific reasons.
