The worst experience that I had in my life with car dealer! I love Toyota and I always own Toyota because of reliability and honesty, but this dealer is the shame on respected Toyota brand name, the management is the bunch of scammers, i had placed the order for new car but they lied to me from the beginning and tried to scamm bait and switch and more, so be careful with this dealer and go somewhere else.
I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and the customer service has been very poor. To start, I still have NOT received my copy of the paperwork or warranty information. I have left repeated messages and no one has returned my calls. My sales guy, Karan, was good. However the rest of the shop has let me down. They said they would clean the vehicle and polish some scratches and the scratches were not addressed. I plan to purchase a 2022 Rav4 Hybrid XLE. The salesperson (Karan) is very un-professional. I made 2 trips to talk with him. First time, I talked with him about purchasing the brand new rav4 hybrid. He told me that they have car in shop if you have your own car to trade in. This dealership marked up the selling price with additional about $3100 for caremic coating on all brand new cars. I went in to buy a 2022 RAV4 at advertised prize of $40,840. They wanted $66,000 at the store because market value of used cars went up. Okay so why not price it at $66000 so I don’t even bother driving an hour. They valued my trade at $18,000 while it’s going for $48,000 Unreal: you can’t buy a car at full asking price.

Full of lies. The worst experience in my life. I been dealing with Honda before and I never had to deal with lies. My husband do car share so we were very eager to buy hybrid because of the soaring gas prices. They offered us to do trade in for our 2017 iM Toyota Corolla. I will never recommend anyone to buy anything from here. It takes foever to sales to get back to you.
I bought a RAV4 from Lucy and then she said that it was an error and I had to go on a wait list. I had to threaten to sue, to get them to go through with it. Seemed like a common ploy in covid times.
Avoid Tanya Teja and find another sales. I don't even want to comeback to this dealership. A lot of judgement based on how people dress.
