Placed a deposit on a RAV4 Prime XSE in June 2020 and at that time was told we were about 12th on the list. No explanation on how how matters would proceed from there. Real bad experience for a trade ins. Put down a deposit for a Rav4 prime on May 2020, until Mar 2021 no email or phone calls any MARCH I decide to text sales about my R4P. and told him we will trade in 2 car for it. No customer service One has to be lucky if the car he/she bought from here is free of defect. If the car is defective, I assure you that you are not going to get any honest service. I bought a new RAV4 from this dealership and the seat will heats up by itself whenever the engine is on. One of their sales manager told me that I should have air conditioning on all the time when driving. Hiding truth, poor service, no promise 1. The dealer did not inform us that they did not have the car key until we were about to drive away. This is significant to be clarify.They didn’t let us know until the purchase was done. Problem wasn't fixed but charged me $329 Went in to fix a noice coming out of my engine. Met with Jeff. Was told 2 tests had to be done. Compression test $240 and intake manifold $130. I left the car at the dealership. Mid day I received a call saying they cannot perform the compression test due to malfunction in theory tools. Therefore I won't be charged for the compression test. COMPLETELY DISHONEST DEALERSHIP Kartik Sharma (salesperson) is so dishonest that even for a car salesman, he hit a new low. All he cares about is money. He lied to me on so many occasions during the transaction that I cannot recommend Westminster to anyone. When I complained to the sales manager, Harvinder, even the manager admitted and agreed that kartik was dishonest. Stay away from this place. I am now having to resort to seeking assistance from Toyota Canada. Even Toyota Canada found it hard to digest the fraud.
