Excellent Service at Westminster Toyota I have bringing the same Car to West Westminster Toyota for 10+ years and have never had a negative experience. They always give me an appointment for the time slot I like and usually - service is done within an hour or so. Most times Carey is the Service Rep. who is always friendly, smiling and explains the work required at a level I understand even though I am not mechanically inclined.

Best Toyota Service Centre I've been to several Toyota service centres since I purchased my 2005 Matrix XRS. I wish I'd gone to Westminster Toyota from day 1 - Jason was excellent on the phone with me, Jeff actually came out, looked over the car and gave me prompt updates. When I picked up my car several days later (which was no problem whatsoever) Jason remembered me and went over the service bill in detail despite it being past closing time for him.
