This place is a joke This place is a joke. I had called around everywhere for a 2017 corolla se with upgrade package. I knew what I wanted. I didn't need to drive it and therefore didn't need to come into the dealer to drive or see it. I talked to most dealers in lower mainland. Some chose to deal on the phone some did not. Westminster obviously did. I spoke with Harvinder the sales manager and he quoted me ~25500 for a cash deal. And that price was on par with others. Do not trust these people Service clerk named jason attempted to charge me $1200 for work covered under warranty. When I told him I called Toyota directly and they told me the work was covered he continued to lie. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THESE PEOPLE!

high prices, rude owner I dont write many reviews but after my experience at this dealership, I would advise everybody to steer clear. I was interested in a Tacoma. I was unsure about purchasing it at the price they quoted me. They said I could put $1000 down to hold the vehicle but was 100% refundable if I changed my mind. Unprofessional This is a very shady dealership that will screw you around, absolutely unprofessional. I know that can be said about many, but here's the story. In the end after being told I had a deal and to come one in, I am later told that the deal is off, but should feel lucky to get it at that price. But also, first off I called one night to talk to the guy I first met there, he says "no we can't do that deal, we actually have people coming in tonight see it." Waited 2 hours to get my new car! Poor delivery service I bought my Yaris there and Ethan Hekim helped me, Ethan was nice and friendly and he was really helpful. But, the delivery of the car was awful, I had an appointment a 7pm and I got my car at the closure of the dealership at 9PM. I did not like my experience with Toyota Westminster and I would not recommend them!

Having purchased a car from Westminster Toyota I found the service to be awful. They were unable to give me an accurate quote for the car and transfered me to any department possible to try and pass the buck. After putting a deposit down on the car we returned a week later to purchase it. However, once we got home and changed the display settings (which had been changed from the odometer to trip km counter) we found an additional 600km on the car which was not present when we test drove the car.
