2014 Tundra Andy was helpful and honest in the sales process. I am familiar with Toyota trucks, but Andy did a good job explaining the specific features and aftermarket items on the truck which gave me more confidence in my decision to buy.
Friendly, knowledgeable salesman Marty Reimer was a good salesman, who was ready to help, willing o listen to what my needs and wants are - without being aggressive and overbearing. He provided a fresh perspective highlighting positive points and was aware of cautions with the product.
Excellent sales and service! My recent lease of a 2018 Tundra Crewmax from Mayfield Toyota is directly related to how well I have been treated as a customer since 2014, when I purchased my first Tundra. Helpful, Honest and Responsive We had purchased 2 previous Toyota cars from Mayfield Toyota and did not hesitate to purchase our third. The primary reasons were service and value for money. Our Sale person Michael was helpful and responsive in answering of our questions. He was honest in his negotiations. The pricing structure on the negotiation is confusing service was great except the end pricing for my trade in was way higher than I anticipated., many fees added to the initial price. Also I went for service and was told that my tires has holes must be replaced, and I paid for the new tires on the car was traded in(in negotiation).
