Not a positive experience Our experience began by asking if the dealer could match/beat a price on a specific model/colour of car. We were told "yes" - but maybe not the colour. We looked at the dealer's inventory on the dealer webpage and saw that there was, indeed, the model and colour we were looking for. We were advised that this car was not available (it had been allocated for use elsewhere) but we could have a very good deal on a model that was even better than the one we wanted for a slightly higher price. Error prone Pedram was good showing us the cars and emphasized that Toyota has no problems. He also stated that the price is non negotiable which we accepted. He also led us to believe that the Advantage Plus membership with ToyotaTown was included in the price of about $600 and that we could take it off. We were then sent to finance with Vladimir. Buyer Beware on your "free" first oil change. The Toyota Canada website says a service 2 (which this dealer will do as your first oil change and claims no charge) contains: Rotate tires (applicable to same size wheels, front & rear) or alternatively perform seasonal tire change-over. This makes sense since the tires are coming off and being moved around during the service anyway. Toyotatown now claims that they're charging extra for this service - just because. So your free first oil change might not be that "free" after all... read more

Lease buyout - go elsewhere Leased a vehicle from this dealership a few years ago. Good car so wanted to buy out the lease at lease end. This dealership wanted to charge the Toyota fee of $300 + its own in-house $200 fee. I was told that they can’t move on these fees and that it’s way cheaper than other Toyota dealerships. Made a cold call to a Toyota dealership in Toronto. No hassles and no BS. Charged me a flat $300 and that’s it. Toyota Town has lost my business.

Liars and cheaters They sold me a knowingly damaged vehicle as a TCUV Toyota certified. Next day I had to go to another Toyota dealership to discover a previously reported to ToyotaTown issue. They are just a bunch of crooks.
