You have to wait 2 hours plus with a appointment that thake a month to get. Very bad customer service worst I have ever experienced
A typical dealership that only cares about their revenue. The smiles are plastic. No sincerity. I showed up on Monday for a snow tire rotation, quoted that I need new steel rim for $700+; came back on Friday, service advisor couldn’t tell if f I am getting Toyota rims or OEM rims; but didn’t stop him to charge me $800+ for them, $100 + more than I was quoted 4 days ago. So xxxxxx that I am not coming back forever.
Very pushy to lease a new vehicle although I had expressed wanting to buy out the lease multiple times. Seemed like they were upset about this so stopped responding to any inquiries on how to move forward. Very frustrating to deal with - will be going to other Toyota dealership for any future service or dealings.

I recently had a car service done at Toyota Town London, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing, primarily due to the front desk staff. The individuals at the front desk displayed very rude behavior and lacked basic customer service etiquette; there were no smiles and their communication style was unwelcoming. Absolutely disgraceful service. Had an appointment and after waiting an hour received no help or assistance. Do not recommend this dealership, there are way more respectful businesses elsewhere. A waste of time.
I did not meet Todd at the dealership. I don’t know who worked on my vehicle. The car had died ( bad battery cell according to my bill) and I could not get an appointment for two weeks, over the Christmas holidays. There was no loaner available. I made all arrangements to have the car towed. No one called when the car was finished. The reception said someone had called but went to voicemail. No message was left. Overall Timing for changing the Tire in appointment time took 2hours 30 minutes, though it was a Scheduled appointment. I went to the service at 8.13 am EST, but my Car was picked for service only at 10.00am. Wasn't informed of the delay until 10am. I finished my tire change services appointment only at around 10.45 am and came out of service.
Worst dealer shop ever they tried ripping me off for a tire that’s not even damged and then they damaged my hood and fender and never said nothing about it
This dealer does not put its customers in high esteem. It will look for any excuse to get out of taking responsability to make things right with mistakes it makes to it's customers. I came in to have a tire repaired and also swaped out my winter tires and rims. First, even though they didn't repair my tire, they where still wanting to charge me over $40 to repair it.
