I’m leaving this dealership after being a loyal customer for 15 years. They don’t seem to accept responsibility for anything that they should have done but didn’t. Your best to buy elsewhere.

ToyotaTown was not serious about doing business with me. A waste of my time. I booked an appointment in advance and arrived on time only to wait a half a hour. The trade in value for my Honda Civic was a joke. Like I said, ToyotaTown was not serious about doing business.

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with Toyota parts and services. Jason was friendly and Lucas at the desk was great, however the services all around were awful! Offering a complimentary car wash and not doing it and being told “well it doesn’t get everything” LIES, every part of the car was still the same. But that wasn’t the worst part, attempting to charge the customer again and then realizing I was overcharged a month ago when I purchased the part was all together different. Booked an appointment at this dealership to test drive and purchase a vehicle that I’ve been searching for over a year. We drove in from out of town only to find a walk in customer was test driving the vehicle during my booked appointment. Yes they ended up buying it, we didn’t even get to test drive it. No compassion, resect or loyalty from this dealership prior to dealing with management. Horrible sales advisor. Did not explain the car fax. Did not run the overall total price including interest. Lied to us and said the finance price is cheaper without a down payment versus the cash price. Sales advisor did not want to crunch the numbers. Numbers don’t lie sales advisors do. So why lie James? Dealership has I got your back 911 sticker in he front entrance but does not offer anything to first responders. So do they really have first responders backs? Todd was really friendly I'll be honest. But the service wasn't good. He offered me a complimentary car wash to which I agreed. The car came out and wasn't clean at all! It had dirt all over and moreover after the car wash there was a lot of scratches on my car. I told Mr. Todd about this and he said he'll wash the car again properly but he wasn't ready to accept the responsibility for the scratches after the wash. Was very disappointed that it cost me $73. for a clip to be installed on the wheel liner. This probably a low cost clip and installed with minimal effort or time. I feel that because the car is under warranty the cost of the clip should be covered under warranty.

Bought 2015 rav 4 and picked up yesterday. Noticed seatbelt buckle sticking(difficult to disengage) which should be part of safety. Notice a noise in suspension and brakes. Turns out lower control arm bushing is cracked on right hand side. Left hand side is extremely wore. Also rear brake rotars are rusty and could be replaced. All of these issues passed their safety and they are iffy at best. Almost $30,000 for this vehicle with interest and fees and they do the minimum.
