First of all, I have been dealing with ToyotaTown for 20 years. My wife and I are looking at buying a new SUV. We sent an initial email and received a negative response about being busy. Then we go for the appointment and wait for thirty minutes. Then Baz comes over and doesn’t even apologize for the thirty minute wait. Haven't been disrespected by a sales person like this before. Shawn spent the entire test drive talking about himself and how he wanted to buy the car himself so it wasn't possible for my wife and I to discuss things about the car. Listing had a lot of incorrect info in it including a lot of features it said the car had but weren't equipped. They ghost you once you sign for a vehicle purchase. It's a pretty bad feeling to not know when the car you bought is coming in and left for almost 3 weeks with no communication, no VIN, no credit application response. Like I didn't buy a car. Wish I could cancel.

All they care about is making the sale, nothing else! I purchased a used RAV4 Hybrid at the beginning of 2019. It was advertised with remote start, but the vehicle didn't actually have it. I was given a yellow "WE OWE" slip for a remote start to be installed, and was told it may need to be an aftermarket one instead of factory because Toyota had discontinued the remote start for this model, which I understood and am okay with. He did not know answers to almost all of my questions and continually had to leave to find answers. The staff at the customer service desks were polite and friendly. When I picked up my vehicle, it was not provided with a few items I was promised, including a full tank of gas. Used to like them, now very disappointed. I’m very disappointed with ToyotaTown. On Tues April 30th I called to make an appointment to have my Sienna in for an oil change and a set of run flat tires. I was on hold for over an hour when I decided to hang up and email as their message suggested. I emailed the same day.
