Dec 2022 10 months no truck. Sales manager responded but now not allowed to write a review on Toyota town’s google page. They have forgotten how to make trucks. Not necessarily TT fault but they are the point of contact. I called Toyota directly they said call the dealer. Just wow
Totall UNSATIFIED with the service department. On 19 Oct. 2020, I soke to Amanda Krug about a noise being created by our 2018 Rav 4 LE and was told that a "LEXUS technician had taken the car for a test drive and had not noticed or heard any problems with the car. He stated that, and I quote,"The noise is a normal frequency enduced by various system components such as powertrain, driveline and braking system".This is complete nonsense. I attended for an oil change. Instead, I was bombarded with items that didn’t need any work completed. Even a back windshield wiper which was fine. I felt because I was a woman, that I was being told there were more things wrong with my vehicle than there actually was. Poor after sales service. ongoing issue with driver side window on brand new corolla 2021.unprofessional and not aproachable. Very promt in closing sale but not in servicing vehicle

A 45 minute oil changed into two hours because they lost track of my truck and got it mixed up with somebody else’s. after dealing with that i got into my truck to find a receipt in my cup holder worth over $500 to someplace I haven’t been to in 12 years or more. Pretty sure it took so long because they were letting somebody drive my truck around or look at it since they don’t have any on the lot. The receipt was found in the space between the cabin filter and cup holder, so we put it back in the cup holder. Not helpful with trying to sort out kinks with electronics in the vehicle, was basically told that it was my phone that's the problem - which solves nothing & felt dismissive. But servicing & tire change was fine. I appreciated the free car wash.
I ordered a 2021 Prius on July 16th, 2020. It is now November 16th and I'm still waiting. No one from Toyota has contacted me with an explanation, an apology, or even an acknowledgement of this poor treatment. Any and all communication has been initiated by me. A called again today. Now they're saying November 26th, Sheesh!

I realize we’re in the midst of a pandemic, but to say that this dealership is disorganized would be fairly accurate. Since purchasing my car I have: Discovered that the online description of the vehicle was inaccurate. Had to have the car re-detailed because the first attempt was pitiful. Told that there was no record of the snow tires that came with the car. Told I would have to wait six weeks for an appointment to put on the snow tires. Now...
