Unfortunately, I’ve started going elsewhere for service. I still have not received an acknowledgement or response to my concerns in my email from May 30. I brought my car to this location for an appointment at 7:30 AM and spoke with Colin. From his first expression and based on my previous experiences with this service center, I could tell he was not willing to help. He has zero customer service skills and lied about the status of my vehicle. He told me they had already taken all necessary actions and there was nothing they could fix, but in the past, they have successfully repaired similar issues on my vehicle. Simply, worse service. I pay more than $900 and they don't give a courtesy of a carwash. In the last 5 services they says the carwash is broken and not in service, but other clients get their carwashes. No secretaries in costumer service and only 1/3rd of employees is working from Toyota Town. And If you go to ask anything, they treat you with anger and without education.

Got offered a car wash didn't get one, not sure if tires were rotated for there was no hand prints on my unwashed tire rims.

Very disappointing and unprofessional experience from start to finish. We went in specifically to view and test drive a Honda CR-V Hybrid. The vehicle was shown to us, we completed the test drive, and we returned fully intending to discuss pricing. Only after the test drive — and after investing our time — another salesperson informed us that the vehicle had “just been sold to someone else.” There was: • no prior disclosure that the vehicle was under offer • no transparency before the test drive • no attempt to give us first... read more

One of the biggest mistakes I made was visiting this Toyota service centre for a recall. The entire experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I dropped off my car in the morning, and unlike other Toyota service centres, they refused to provide any shuttle or Uber service and insisted that I arrange my own transportation. There was ZERO service updates throughout the day. I had to call multiple times, and no one answered.
