Service advisor, Todd Servant was friendly and kept things simple for me since I don't know much about cars!!! Been going to the Toyota on Wharncliff with my car since my father first bought the car and they are always great!

Excellent Customer Service overall. My Service advisor, Todd Servant, provided an excellent run down of the work being done and followed up as needed to keep me informed every step of the way. Toyota also honored a repair that didn't necessarily need to be. Switching from Ford to Toyota!
