Just recently leased a 2020 Highlander LE. Sylvia Donovan was absolutely wonderful to work with and is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles features and functions. I have been having my car serviced at ToyotaTown for about nine years. They do a professional job and provide timely reminders when service is required. This is especially important with an older car. A big plus these days is that they have a well ventilated large waiting area where you can distance well from other customers. All the appropriate precautions seem to be taken to minimize transmission of covid-19.
